Buchungsvorgang

Bitte senden Sie ein kurzes Anfrage E-mail an rainerpratl@yahoo.co.uk mit ihren Kontaktdaten und dem gewünschten Buchungszeitraum.

Wir werden ihr e-mail umgehend Beantworten und eine vorläufige Reservierung zu dem von Ihnen gewünschten Zeitraum vornehmen.

Beachten Sie bitte dass eine Fixreservierung erst nach einer Anzahlung von 20% mittels Überweisung auf unser Konto erfolgen kann.
Der Restbetrag ist 2 Wochen vor Anreise fällig.

Die Anzahlung gilt als Stornogebühr wenn Sie ihren Aufenthalt weniger als 6 Wochen vor Urlaubsbeginn stornieren. Bei Stornierung weniger als 1 Woche vor Urlaubsbeginn ist der Gesamtpreis für 1 Woche fällig.

Price: EUR 600 / week plus EUR 80 for final cleaning

Our rental price includes linens, sheets, towels, drying up cloths, electricity and heating

Miminum stay: 3 nights for EUR 300 plus EUR 80 for final cleaning

Accepted methods of payment: cash or bank transfer, no cheques or credit cards accepted

Booking process

Please send a short e-mail to rainerpratl@yahoo.co.uk stating your intended booking period and your contact details.

We will reply to your e-mail as soon as possible and make a provisional booking.

We will finalise your reservation once a 20% up-front payment has been paid into our account.
The remainder is due 14 days before your stay begins.

The up-front payment will also act as a cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation less than 6 weeks before your intended arrival. If you cancel less than one week before your intended arrival, the cancellation fee equals the rental price for 1 week.
